Guild Rankings
Unlike many guilds we are a dedicated WvW guild. We depend on the guild chat to be able to ask for help in WvW. You gain ranks through your efforts in the WvW mode. The ranks are not biased and not given just because people want one or because the leader likes you, they are earned and should be respected thereafter. The ranks are there so any guild commander can better know what to expect from the members when he/she needs to call for a favor during a run. That being said, we still do missions and other things not WvW related, but do not use the guild as a secondary mission guild, if you can't appreciate the efforts put into WvW in the guild then this might not be the guild for you. The purpose of the guild is to get Underworld to climb ranks in WvW and together we can do it.
"Navy versus Army"Having this theme seems fitting since WvW is a "war". It also helps dividing the ranks into "two sides" when you become a ranker. Militia and Regular Veterans are not considered rankers and have rounded shields due to the lack of variety in rank symbols. Navy side (Pointy shields) have a tendancy to be more reliable around the zerg while the Army side (Arrows) are best kept close in the zerg and leading big groups. You are never "stuck" on one side and the higher you climb the rankings the more versatile you are to the commanders. The authority is the same between Navy and Army in the guild but the playstyle differs a lot between the ranking players and that's why there are two sides. The rank does not mean you have to adapt to a certain playstyle but is purely a guideline for any guild commanders to use in WvW for faster communication. Remember, as a ranker you may be doing both of the Navy and Army ranking description but the reason you're put on one side rather than the other is because that's where you truly shine to commanders.

The "True Fighting Force" |
Without you, the guild wouldn't get anywhere. In all games people come and go so a successful guild of this size needs to keep taking in new members. We all start somewhere. This is where you start as a member of WvW Gone Rogue.
• Militia
Makes up the the base of the guild. This is a game where numbers count. Being a Militia is not in any way shameful it just means the leader and higher rankers don't know you that well yet but they will. Follow the guild schedule and learn how to properly play WvW and you will be noticied for sure. Everyone has their place and roll in this guild and no one will be left here if you're a true and loyal "rogue".
• Regular Veteran
Players who show up for the "Guild Events" and get what WvW is about soon become Regular Veterans. These are just as the prefix indicates regular faces in the guild. They know how to stack on commander and they listen well. They are well on their way to become a "ranker" but their individual playstyle has not been revealed just yet but not any less important to the guild nonetheless.
The "Rankers"
To become a ranker in the first place there are a few things you have to be able to comprehended. First would be the basics of WvW. You run builds that are suited for the game mode and the zerg benefits from you as a individual player. However the most important thing is that you in someway stand out in a positive way and stay loyal. The easiest way of doing that is taking your own initiative. This could be in various ways. You can tag up for the general mases and not just the guild. Creating roaming parties when there are only a few people online. Being helpful in general to both the guild and the server. Respond well when the commander asks for something and many other ways. Don't push yourself to do these things but instead find your own way of playing and as long as you stay dedicated to the guild you will end up a ranker.
• Loyal Sergeant/Officer
This is the first ranker rank. Just as the prefix says they're loyal to the guild and has gained the attention of the higher rankers. Some details on what a commander may expect from you:
• [Army] Sergeant: You communicate well in the zerg and being vocal on TS is a main feature. You tend to lead parties that are important to stay with the zerg.
• [Navy] Officer: You tend to be a bit more quiet and use chat more than speaking in TS. The parties you run are usually well used outside the zerg as staying behind to take a tower, gather information and responding to defending.

• Trusted Colonel/Captain
Trusted is the keyword for this rank. These are people who noticeably show they are there to help the guild and get what the guild stands for. They show appreciation and can be relied on and trusted. They often manage to find a way to get the job done by taking their own iniative.
• [Army] Colonel: You are like a sergeant but can be trusted with bigger groups. If you like to tag up you will most likely end up here. If a commander needs a break, duo tag or someone to tag up in a different map. This is the rank where he starts looking for someone. Colonels also run "Featured Runs" and may be asked if they want one to be put up on the weekly schedule.
• [Navy] Captain: Just like the officer you have shown to be a talent both in and around the zerg. A commander can trust a Captain to know how to siege up a tower not only properly but in a brilliant way. You seem to enjoy tedious tasks such as running dollies and keeping the border safe. You're not afraid of teaching others if you have to take charge but tend to prefer not to lead or tag up. Your parties are vital response parties.

• General/Admiral
These are the people in charge when the leader can't make it to events or runs. They do guild upgrades, guild invites and sometimes lead mandatory runs. They have proven to be valuable to the leader as advisors and trusted with the guild. This is not an easy rank to get for a reason. When they speak for the guilds behalf it's pretty much the same as if the leader said it and that is why they are lacking a prefix to show they are closer to the President than any other rank. These are beyond trusted people with the guild. However, do not use it for personal favors.
• [Army] General: You master all the ranks below, not just the army side. When needed these are the people that tag up for Mandatory runs if the leader can't make it. They are seasoned commanders and communicate with great ease in a zerg.
• [Navy] Admiral: You also master all the ranks below and not just the navy side. You focus more on a backseat social standing within the guild but trusted to represent it in the best possible way.

• President
This is the leader. That's all. And he loves you all.
