Moral Code
World vs. World:
• All classes are welcome for runs, no one is entitled to tell you that you can't play a certain class.
However, if you want to help out a little extra listen for what the commander is asking for and bring these classes since the commander at said time feel these classes are lacking for what he/she wants to pull off.
• We appreciate roamers as well as zergers and everything in between. None is superior to the other, we need to live in a symbiosis, a synergy and help each other.
• When a guild member is asking for help, especially for important things such as defending T3 keeps, try to help out as soon as possible and then go back to what you were doing if possible.
This is NOT meant to be abused by anyone however and it is NOT a rule that you HAVE to drop everything you're doing at once. Again it comes back to respect. Act the way you wish people will act when you ask for help.
• The guild has one fighting style and it is that we have no fighting style, total Guerilla warfare. We will never become a one-trick pony that is snowed in on one tactic only. We started at rebels, rogues. We think outside the box, we try new things, we fail, we come back and it's what makes us the Nr. 1 surprising ninja.. I mean server.
• When running with the zerg, try your best to stay on tag and listen to what the commander is saying.
• We do not tell you what builds to run or what gear to wear but try to think twice about what you're bringing to what situation. For example. It's a good idea to have two sets of gear on your characters so when you're in the zerg you can wear more zerg approiate gear and when you roam you have gears that are suited better for that.
Guild Commanders:
• As guild commanders, show respect towards fellow guild commanders scheduled runs so you don't make the whole guild tired just before it. One day you may be that scheduled commander and hope other commanders will do the same for you.
• Be open to ideas. Do not fear discussions or other alternatives brought up to you. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and style.
• Don't be ignorant or rude to other players.
• Don't tag over other commanders, guildies or not. Talk to them, ask if you can take over or run a second tag. Again, be respectful.
• Make the tag a desired place to be for everyone. You will also see how this will increase the numbers that will want to follow you properly.
• Find your own personal style. You don't have to copy someone else. Everyone has strength and weaknesses, evaluate them yourself and find what makes you a good commander.
Schedule:
• The guild has a schedule that is updated weekly. We have this so everyone can organise their time better so they don't miss things they want to join.
• If you as a ranker want to have something on the schedule send a message on the forums to the people in charge of the schedule before sunday the week before the wanted date. We are keeping it to rankers for now so we don't overdo the schedule.
• The missions are split in two so we don't keep the guild out of World vs. World for to long and also so people have the chance to at least attend once/week. There's no set day or time for these missions.
• A more permanent full mission run is held on sunday mornings for the nightowls and players from other regions. Also a chance for other members to catch up on missions they missed during the week.
Rankers:
• The ranks are gained from your work in World vs. World and shall be seen as a sign of experience. Listen to these people. They know what they're talking about and they're not asking for something unless it's needed.
• Do not flaunt your rank and treat members below you as they're not worth as much, they might be the next ranker one day, you never know.
• The highest rankers are supposed to motivate people and know what the guild is all about. They are there to guide you and build a stronger guild. They have gotten the respect from the leader and should not be treated like enemies.
• Do not demand respect due to your rank alone from members, you have to earn it.
• No rank is permanent, mistreat it and demotions are possibilities.
• Only repping members can rank higher than Veterans.
PvE:
• This is a World vs. World oriented guild so we do not put much weight on PvE whatsoever but there are still some events even scheduled sometimes.
• You do not have to rep the guild while in PvE but we appreciate it very much if you do so you see what's going on in World vs. World.
• There are no PvE ranks in the guild but we support guildies that invite other guildies for Dungeons, Fractals or anything PvE or PvP. This only makes the community stronger.
If you feel someone is violating or abusing the rules or the moral code feel free to contact Thunder. Also screenshots of incidents and/or any details you can share are appreciated.
Hope you'll enjoy your time with this guild!
