WvW Runs
The guild has different type of runs in World versus World. There are schedueled runs and there are casual runs. For the scheduele runs we expect high participation from the guild members while as the casual runs are purely voluntary.
• Casual Run
As mentioned above, casual runs are voluntary. These are not schedueled and can happen at any moment. Basically they are runs that any guild commander asks you to join in guild chat at any time.
• Mandatory Run
Mandatory runs is the main feature of the guild. These are schedueled weekly in the message of the day and the time will change. During these runs we expect everyone to join that are online unless they have a valid excuse not to. The reason why we have mandatory runs is that we are still a very low populated server in World versus World so we really need everyone to help out. Even with all our active members zerging we will still be outnumbered sometimes. This is the one thing we ask from the members. We have mandatory runs instead of mandatory repping the guild or siege tax. This is our way to give back for all the gold spent by the commanders that bring us the zerg fun.
• Reset Run
With our heavy focus on World versus World the guild should set an example by always trying to make it to the reset that happens around 7PM CET. The reset run isn't always schedueled but that doesn't mean we shouldn't try to get a good start.
• Featured Run
Featured Runs will be schedueled with guild commanders of higher ranks. These runs will not be mandatory but unlike a casual run they will be on the scheduele in the message of the day.
Guild Missions
For a guild mission it helps to come prepared. The missions are PvE events so having a high map completion on the character you participate with is always helpful. If you don't have 100% map completion try to at least get one waypoint in every map so you don't miss out. Also checking out the Dulfy webpage is a great help.
• TrekThe Trek is an open world event. The guild gets a number of specific locations that the members will have to find. Each location has a picture in the guild mission panel that works as a hint to where exactly this location is on a map. One member from the guild finding the location is enough to tick that location for the whole guild. The time limit for this mission is 20 minutes.
When looking for the location look for this sign on the ground: |
• RushA Rush is very much like an obstacle course. Each person transforms into a specific creature depending on which Rush you're participating in. Once in this form you get a set number of skills to help you through the obstacle course. The first skill is always a trap detection skill that you need to use as often as possible. The trap detection skill will reveal red circles that you need to avoid as best as you can or you will get downed and have to start over again. Along the way of the obstacle course there will also be enemies. Guild members that are not transformed will assist by killing these but they can not help you with the traps.

• World EventIn a World Event mission the guild members have to fight bosses. These bosses can be some of the toughest world bosses like Triple Trouble.
|
• ChallengeThe Challenge will unlock various quests that the members will have to work together to finish and complete. These quests can be anything from killing to defending or suviving.

• PuzzlePuzzles are just as they sound, puzzles. In a Puzzle there are different stages to overcome. They can be jumping puzzles or labyrinths. The key is to deal with these stages so every member that's participating gets through to the end.
There are three Guild Puzzles in the game at this moment so get the waypoints beforehand. These are: Angvar's Trove (Snowden Drifts), Langmar Estate (Plains of Ashford) and Proxemics Lab (Brisban Wildlands). |
